Why I have private lenders loans Because I join groups and pay membership to be around people that are doing what I’m doing and more.Because I am not shy in telling people what I do and what I’m looking for.

Having them join me in the house hack isn’t an option, as I can’t afford a place with enough bedrooms in a single unit in the areas I want to live.
