The prospecting tenant has a kid, and although my dogs are very gentle, I was hoping someone could send me a copy of some sort of dog clause I can add to my lease to help limit my liability if one of the dogs accidentally or god forbid intentionally hurt someone in the home (I also have a max insurance policy) Thank you!!

@Leslie Schwab, I believe in order to defer all CG taxes, all of your profits need to be applied to your next purchase, which itself must be of equal or greater value than the properties you're selling.The part where you're selling the LLC, not the assets directly is a twist.
