Has anyone seen data/reports on which platforms prospective tenants gravitate to the most?

Keep in mind a few things - many major markets currently have a glut of multifamily projects so you may be competing with large apartment complexes with amenities offering incentives in a competitive market. 

She has a higher FICO score but full of eviction records which I was aware after she moved in and was late for the first time by using another public data source.

Commercial properties tend to yield higher returns but come with more complexity, higher risk, and longer vacancy periods, making them better suited for experienced investors.

I also already shown you the data at national level, it is not about me LOL it is nationwide GFC-like impacting commercial side only at this time.

Example someone has 2 million down payment they buy something NNN at 5 million and I make 150,000 in about 60 days for about 20 hours of time depending on how complex the deal is.I am just tired of newbies being told bullsh*t.
