I'm seriously considering trying to find something there, but need to build up my knowledge and contacts of reputable agents and contractors etc.I'm interested in multi-family, STRs, commercial, self storage, and possibly even flips if the right opportunity came up.

They will schedule an inspection to verify that the second bedroom does in fact exist in the apartment.

If you want to build equity quickly, some level of hands-on involvement is key.

I care about having a flip history and building a relationship so I can get better terms on hard money.

I'd love to 1031 into an apartment building, commercial or something that is a little less hands on, but I have not seen anything that would make sense in my area.
