As I pointed out, that was blatantly wrong - just a bunch of hype.

He is supposed to be a professional real estate agent and blatantly contradicts himself from the ad vs. what he has said in the email.

Nice try attempting to slip in your advertising for your "market analysis" platform as a helpful post, but its done you way more harm than good because its blatantly incorrect.

Also (and I'm blatantly copy/pasting here from something I just wrote on another forum post):Just because this deal *might* not work as a rental, doesn't mean it's out of the question.

If the company doing the appraisal is legit, well, they can't blatantly lie, but they can stretch value, which is pretty common.

This post is a blatant ploy to get "votes".
