But if you want the best value for your real estate training Paul McGraw’s program is the best one I’ve tried and I’ve tried Carlton Sheets, Robert Kiyosaki, ************* and a few others I don’t remember over the years.

She has no clue what she is doing and you shouldn't waste any time trying to train her to be to suck less. 

That, in and of itself, is a great idea to live in one side and MTR the other, but you are making your first property more difficult to manage (but easier if you are on site).You don't have to live there, but why wouldn't you want to investigate the market more clearly before making a decision on it.

I haven't purchased through here, and they have actually rejected my low ball cash offers (lol) - but I have talked to some people who took his rehab training course, and they have nothing but great things to say.

However if you only invest it in training, then at the end you have lost $50,000 and still don't own anything.There are a lot less inexpensive ways to learn about real estate in my opinion.Don't fall for any high pressure techniques from any guru.....the typical scenario is to go to a free 2-3 hour training session. 

They will go the bathroom everywhere but can be trained to use a letterbox.

Whether it is asking the questions of the work order manager of the prop mgr or the owner when you are at the property (many multi families owner is still onsite) you can build rapport and swing a deal if you are trained....  

We can do that in MN, at least as I recall my training on state and local laws.
