I'm looking at buying a 7 space mobile home park with one stick built house that is owned by the park. 

Some of our mobile homes date back to the late 1980s and are becomming maintenance nightmares, but we've we'll exceeded our costs on those properties.

I've been kicking around the idea of buying a new mobile home and placing it on some land I inherited.

I understand that reading only goes so far, but even if it's just lunch with a seasoned investor I wanted to respect their time by knowing as much as I could about their field without having taken part myself quite yet.This brings me to today, with capital and the knowledge I've been able to build, I'm looking at my first investment, specifically a mobile home park.

I can think of directly investing in buy and hold SFR or MF and Apartments, fix and flip, Syndications, Air BNB/short-term rentals, mobile homes/mobile home parks.

There are two mobile home parks in a portfolio that I have been offered to invest in.

I am new to investing (we have a fixer upper house and mobile home we just closed on).

Any recommendations for Florida mobile home lenders (includes land parcel - no HOA)?

@Dan Heuschele @Jim S. speaking of electronic banking and needing two methods of payment, provide the tenant with an address to send a check, and use a mobile app to deposit a check to the bank.
