People on this site don't like them because they don't have absolute freedom.

Whats the best tool (site, app, company) you used to find current owners of multi-units/multiplex, small apartment communities?

@Ryan Wilkerson put the money in the bank and keep it for operation costs..get our site up to date...host a networking event at your current flip...do not spend on mailers...let the wholesalers do that and you go find your own deals by networking with agents and searching online yourself. 

(They have online classes too.)  

It is a site for anyone that can work as much as they want creatively or on their own time.

Hi Account Closed, when you say you are searching for properties for sale by owner, does that mean you are finding them through direct mail, door knocking, etc.. or are these listed online as "for sale by owner"?

If you find their web site, sponsor companies are often listed.

Brand new on the site and first post.My young adult son is on the autism spectrum, and with those challenges, is having some difficulties getting higher paying jobs/positions. 

Setting up an Operating agreement, can this be done online through a template or do I need outside help from an expert?
