trying to play the assignment game with this super low end stuff seems to me to be pretty risky and non productive.. you will have all sorts of bottom feeders who will probably try to go right around you if you don't own them.

Especially considering that little amount doubles the length of  your 'til death, I mean muerte, I mean mortgage.The range between a 30 and a 15 varies but most of the time the spread is about .50% but like you said it can narrow when the 30 year bond is selling better (higher bond price, rates down) relative to the 15 year bond for 15 year fixed products (lower price, higher rates for 15 year)

I've been following the Miracle Morning for several weeks now and it has greatly increased my productivity and improved my mood throughout the day.

Residential loan products are for individuals, not business entities.

While luxury properties are great and all, having a unique product stands out in the field.

List Source is a scaled down product that Core Logic offers that is easier to use for most folks since does not have all the possible search criteria.
