I would even write it very explicitly :People are tired of very-progressive left wing government policy that removing property rights , creating criminals, protecting criminals , destroying generation and coddling criminals ( in the name of human right or DEI or whatever).Agree @Bruce Woodruff?

This property will have renovations performed on the units, but not a full reno.The HVAC system on this property is ancient and is costing an arm and a leg in cost to the landlord due to utilities being covered by the LL.

Or brokerage firms where brokers are investors themselves or have an investment arm of the business?

I have yet to know of a single drug dealer that isn't armed.
