First, refer to Ron's previous post... according to what you are saying...Ron plans on trying to get another mortgage, which maybe close to impossible...The other problem with this is....$100/month and a lot of unknowns on who will be responsible for other owning a home expenses.

its your creditthe numbers and time just mean how big or small your are building.ALSOIf they deny you any kind of loan it would seem impossible because you are asking them to borrow there money while you have money in there bank!!
