A big part of my selection process is trying to find applicants with skin in the game who I could collect from if needed and employment and source of income is a big factor in this.  

On special occasions our team member delivers a pre-selected assortment for the occasion and guests are very delighted by the surprise.

If you really want to get savy, see what sort of rewards programs suit you and make your credit selections that way. 

Once you have selected a lender get prequalified and see if what you can afford.
