The property manager structure is set up to where it is a lot of headache and liability and not a lot of benefit or praise. It's kind of like being an offensive lineman on a football team.Quarterback gets all the praise and the hot girls but without the lineman they would get crushed never to walk again.I have found maybe 1 to 2 property managers out of 10 enjoy it.The rest do it because they HAVE TO.It's like BPO reports for 50.00.Big headache with little pay.I would ask a PM what would make you excited and worth it to take care of my property once I purchase it??

There are numerous ways to do this; some examples: social security card, income tax return, annual social security earnings letter, pay stubs (sometimes, and sometimes only last 4 digits).I prefer lower credit scores because I think tenants with lower scores will be tenants longer rather than becoming owners. Then there is this:http://www.consumersunion.org/pub/core_financial_services/004801.html
