Maybe you should charge them a customer appreciation fee.Just ask them to put it in writing what this fee covers and why isn't it covered in the regular brokerage fee (commission).I would love for you to post that for us and don't be embarrassed to name the company, after all they came up with it so they shouldn't be ashamed of it. .
