I've found that once I update the homes with little custom touches and market them with good pictures and description, they rent really fast (like, a couple of days) and at the high end of my rate estimate.

Provided you are not dead weight and can keep up, whether a “junior” realtor or “senior” realtor, you are a customer and provided your finances are in order, neither realtor should deny you business with undisclosed reasons.

lots of reasons to pass on loans. we decline loans all the time, customers may think it's an excuse but it's just business.

They have pretty good customer service too and they respond to customer needs very well.

I have restaurant as a neighbor and now they have the customers eating outside their parking lot.

You don't have to deal with customers looking at their face,lol!
