Just posting this to see if others who buy NPLs and do loss mit have had any success using a virtual assistant to handle borrower outreach.

To be honest, I'm hesitant with a first contact because they are indeed in a assisted living/ retirement village.

Hello All,I need some assistance on a property that I may want to purchase.

After school I have work where I am an assistant teacher at a daycare/preschool, which purpose is to simply pay for gas and as I would find out, books.I might be rambling, so if you are still reading, god bless you and thank you. :) So those books I mentioned.

Generally speaking should I have the expectation my realtor should assist me (provide contractors, call them for quotes, etc)  as this is part of selling my house or does this fall on me as a homeowner? 

His mother is going into an assisted living facility and needs to sell...all they are looking for is to pay off the mortgage owed (about $108K) I would prefer not to come out of pocket to satisfy in full b/c i have other projects going on and i'm a bit cash strapped until they close.

I am an agent that will assist in running numbers,  finding / selling our deals, the attorney will get our contract in place, home inspector for leverage..etc.
