I have never seen a syndication where the LP would have any personal risk or exposure.

I live in Phx,Az , where should i apply for a mortgage loan first at my local bank (wells fargo) or use a broker, a lot of people here tell me to start with my bank as they have all my info, if i get pre approved anywhere i wouldnt be committed/obligated to go along with the deal right ?

Hi, I work for a business lending brokerage (business loans, lines of credit etc.) based in FL.

For my part, I wouldn't call anyone who started out with "don't waste my time."

I'm about to go into contract on a property I want to use as an STR.

I know that almost every lender has a due on sale clause but are there any who look the other way as long as payments are made?

Not sure what state you are, but here your lease wouldn't be "void"  Anything that conflicts with the code would be (landlord-tenant code supersedes leases in DE anyway)I would just say you had them sign an older version of your lease in error and need them on the current one.
