As some others pointed out, keep in mind that it does not include the on site manager's salary/free rent (for the property of this size I would not expect it to have both the property manager and a full time maintenance tech but rather a mixture of both with the property manager doing some small repairs and subbing out the more complex tasks).

@David Sisson I agree with your answer, I have been a maintenance Tech for 8 years and I have found I rather deal with extension cords, than a bunch of dead batteries, for my tool sets at home I buy nothing with batteries unless dirt cheep and I plan to abuse it any ways. if you plan to do a lot of work I suggest u go for Quality at the same time a Good price range because odds are you are paying for a name.
