Some may think having all or most your income from real estate is 'putting all your eggs in one basket' but I agree that being flexibile and having multiple income streams within real estate is prudent and good enough for me assuming you work hard (and smart).... recently, I've added rental income to my business model - taking more of a long term approach rather than always thinking short term with flips and real estate commissions.

I was thinking today it would be interesting to do a topic on passive real estate.I was trying to think of passive investments that would require a short time to pick back up you deposit and then have the stream in place.I came up with billboards, cell towers, discounted notes, etc.Triple net is passive as well but I am talking about taking cash and getting back within a set period of time and not having to wait years to get your initial investment back.
