There are some great solutions for simple dock's that aren't that expensive.A 1/1 is pretty basic but it could be a decent little getaway for people visiting the park.

"Creative" policies may seem like a fast solution, but they can get you in more trouble than they prevent.

The solution might only take 2 minutes to fix a problem, but what about the time the office staff took to receive the complaint, then enter it in the system, then communicate with maintenance staff and dispatch them, then for that person to drive out there, fix it, report back, then for the office staff to enter the result.

The house would need to be on the modern side in most cases though

"Stupid money" chasing the Millennials' trend to rent apartments as a long term housing solution vs. buying?

Any ideas or solutions that anyone could think of would be appreciated.  

Is this something I would have to advertise for sale on a site like grave solutions or would I just hold it till someone random person knocks on my door asking if I'm interested in selling?

I use Tellus rental app -- it's also free like the other solutions here but the tenants really like it because it gives them rent notifications and the autopay is an option that they can turn on or not.

Do not take any unproven solutions and avoid things that have a HOA with your purchase. 

I have come up with two possible solutions and I would like some more experienced landlords to weigh in.
