Sometimes a bank or a lender will enforce stricter "overlays" or tighter rules because they are cautious, had a fine, or don't have the skills... this is a simplification but not all lenders ins and outs, pricing adds, this not that, are the same.No conventional loan is going to use proposed short term rental on cabins that do not exist.

I wouldnt spend too much time or energy on this topic, you have insurance for a reason to deal with things going wrong and most agreements arent all that binding or enforceable.
