Not my problem to solve...

Hi Everyone,I got started in real estate investing about 12 years ago after attending a Rich Dad Poor Dad conference, which sparked my interest.

I haven’t dealt with one on any of my deals while in my time lending but on the residential side gap funding comes up on a weekly basis.

These are some of my questions.1.

There are times when we wouldn’t be in the home for a month, so furnished finder makes sense but dates have never quite aligned. thats fair to say im trying to skirt hoa rules, its my first experience with an hoa so im just trying to navigate it. thank you for your response. 

I intend to buy them 10-30% below market value through my LLC. 

I have three homes and am looking for my 4th.

A local lender came to my market center in the last year and talked about this....is there a box you can check when filling out an application that can let you "opt out" of the credit bureaus selling your information?

This is my first time going non conventional.

My wife and I have been blessed to have 4 units that we own which we MTR and another unit that we arbitrage as an MTR.
