For those of you that were able to scale… to say 25+ units or whatever you considered large:What are some of the things you wish you knew prior to you significantly scaling more?

We are also not doing fellow landlords any favors going forward, many of us probably wish we had gotten a heads up from a credit report from a repeat offender however I worry tenants are being conditioned to cash for keys since it is simpler and often cheaper for us. 

Well, as much as I wish I could say I'm planning on purchasing the property, it unfortunately isn't in my financial cards at this time (Debt to Income isn't quite good enough, and credit score could use some work as well), so I will unfortunately have to let this beautiful beast pass me by.

Depending on your skill level, your plan can achieve significant return, but be prepared that it will require more effort than other options.Good luck and I wish you the best at saving for your children's education.

We wish to move our investments a little closer to home since this house is over an hour away from us and is the only reason we are interested in selling. 

Personally, I would be very cautious tying my primary residence to the outcome of my first deal right now.I wish you the best
