That is impossible!

100% financing is impossible, even for owner occupied properties.

In the winter, we get hit for a "dewinterization fee", typically $200-300.If that's impossible, it gets more complex.

2) It is not impossible to get a short sale done in that time, but highly unlikely!

A new company will not have any credit or assets so it will be very hard if not impossible to get that to work.You can start to establish credit by going to home depot / office max / staples etc...and opening up trade lines of credit for your business - that way you are at least building - they report the Dunn & Bradstreet so you want to find other companies that do that and start to build your business credit.

With $300 rent, its just about impossible to get $100 in cash flow.

With that being said, in urban areas like Detroit, Boston, Philly, NY, Baltimore.... you name... it is next to impossible to get a carry permit... though I wish it wasn't so hard... as there have been many times in Baltimore that the assurance cold hard steel would have been welcomed.If works for you... and that is great.

My girlfriend trades in her 'clunker' every couple of years by selling it to a retail buyer.Then she takes the cash, goes to a wholesale auction where the used car dealers buy, and purchases another used vehicle for wholesale.Net of taxes, insurance, upkeep and gas she drives for free.

I have looked a year ago for blanket loans, but it was impossible.
