Worst case just email their tech support and they usually respond within a day. 

I managed a building where the electric was constantly being shut off for tenants that couldn't pay,, we'd either find out when the service tech came to block the meter or when we saw a extension cord running under the door to a hallway outlet,, which if we found the maintenance tech was told to unplug and disable the plug by cutting the cord..

A tool with your calendar availability is a neat idea, and it will certainly work for some, but for those who aren't so tech savvy, or don't trust your calendar, they will just call the landlord down the street.

The higher floors offer a better view.When communicating, yes  many folks will be more more face-to-face than tech-oriented.

They will also provide ag tech support, aerial spraying, fertilizer deliveries, QC inspectors, and haul your packed product to the port.
