When you have answered those questions move on to the next thing you need i.e. owners name and address and or phone when you have that take an action (send and email, call, door knock) whatever action that is.

I get dozens of wholesaler emails daily, and I never signed up for 99% of them.

I use QBO, so I just log on my cell phone, because I can snap a picture of the physical receipt or invoice to be saved with the record online, and then I can throw it away.Acquisitions: I am not actively trying to grow my portfolio, but I do have alerts setup through the MLS that give me emails everyday.

The numbers are as close to accurate as I could find out, using a property tax look up web site, the rento meter site and information from the agent.Renovation costs are based on my own observation from the listing pictures and limited feed  back from a selling agent email..so in reality the rehab costs are just a guestimate at this stage. 

If anyone can email the committee, you'll have to Google search Idaho legislature judiciary committee, to get their emails, there's nine of them, it would be greatly appreciated.
