You will have a great real estate agent promoting it on social media.  

But I do have a dream of dealing with parts of my business that will help it grow - new deals, networking, website/social media growth, branding, systems.

I'm buying my first investment property this summer and I've been watching everything in real estate pretty closely (through Bigger Pockets and social media)....When I'm ready to buy this summer, I'll have 20-30k saved up,  that still won't leave room for having 50-100k liquid on the side to pay over asking price, like so many people are doing.

My CPA says we don’t want for my husband to qualify as a real estate professional status because he will be subject to self employment tax, and not receive social security credits (not super concerned about that because the plan is to be FI long before social security kicks in- if it’s even a thing by the time we are that age.)

The senior citizen population, who live off social security, have barely enough to pay for rent and food. 

I've bought 1000 postcards, business phone numbers, made a website and social media handles to start marketing.

I haven't aggressively advertised it yet since we are still updating but reached out to specific people who have posted in social media.
