It seems like a great concept but I don't know anyone in the industry in my area and it seems like networking and building relationships prior to finding houses is something that should be done.Should I make business cards and talk to the folks on the courthouse steps before or after auctions?

I know it's hard to believe but it all part of government and government regulated industry: bad behavior is rewarded, good behavior is punished, failure is rewarded, success is punished.

There is a strong banking system there, banks are one of the largest if not the largest industry on Cayman.
