Are we biting off more than we can chew too soon or have we stumbled upon an incredible deal?!

I've had experience with FHA requiring tedious repairs such as adding hand rails to small sets of steps, painting the floor, walls, and ceilings in basements, and other things that perhaps the seller is unwilling to do.

I think being in NYC, if you can buy the lot for cheap and have the connects to build a home, there is incredible value there.

Any site grading or retaining walls? 

In the case you describe, this is incredibly heavy handed cross-selling, and I'd be pretty furious if in your shoes.

Hi, I just received a phone call from one of my tenants in a duplex that she had to call the cops on the other tenant in the duplex because he was up all night banging on the walls and screaming.

With that said, however, it sounds like it's a full rehab anyway and you'll be tearing out some/most of the walls - which would remove the mold anyway?

I guess most of what I'm seeing in my area are not technically duplexes, but rather referred to as twin homes or attached homes that share a party wall with another unit owned by someone else.  

Because I own businesses in other fields its great to wall off the software by company from the employees view but from my vantage point it's one system that reaches people in all parts of the organization, allows us all to work together on projects and enhances inter office communications.

Did you have any photos from realtor when you purchased the property can you for sure remember that the whole in the wall wasn't there..
