Unless you are in a very hot market where there is very little inventory.The best way to find out it to send it out your buyers and look for feedback.

Next thing you know your copper and hot water are gone.

I do feel that after a couple of years we'll probably unload it since the numbers aren't as hot as a straight rental (an unfortunate consequence of lack of experience when buying). 

You have a set date that the house will sell and you take an unpredictable price in return for a predictable time frame.You have the potential to sell for a higher price than a normal listing if there's enough interest, and because we're in a hot market there's definitely a chance.Drawbacks:I'm assuming there are higher fees.

This market is expensive, very competitive (sharks swim here) and completely subject to political fluctuations which could crush a fledgling noob like me.
