At this point I am somewhat of an open book and would like to learn as much as possible about real estate with the goal of owning single family rental properties and eventually some multifamily properties as well.  

Eventually I will buy my first property but the economy is always one thing that sends a chill down my spine.

In addition there is a high likelihood of considerable differed maintenance (roof, plumbing, electrical, exterior, etc.) which eventually will need to be addressed and will drive up your capital expenditures.  

Implied agency through conversation can be difficult to prove, but here it is in black and white and eventually someone will be on the wrong end of a lawsuit or department of real estate investigation.

Eventually most will get a cease and desist once the state becomes aware of their actions.

No worries, theyll get evicted for not paying rent eventually

I've always enjoyed my job, but always felt deep down that I eventually wanted out of the "Rat Race" and to become my own boss and control my financial destiny.Well, let's just say that I was recently re-inspired to take some action towards this dream of F.I. and to breathe some life into my RE business. 

I suppose I should say I'm building cashflow to live off of eventually, but I don't expect to never work again..

I am eventually planning to either Dallas / Austin to have an affordable living.

Eventually I'll be an actual developer, demolishing vacant structures and building amenities to improve local communities.My immediate goal is just to start and I'm so excited to finally post my first post and introduce myself.
