Hi BP,My husband and I have been thinking about selling one of our rentals, but we are a little conflicted and would love your input.I think we should sell, this property was an "accidental" rental (our first home, then when we moved out and we have been renting it) we do not get a lot of cash flow around $100 however since we bought it 6 years ago it has doubled in value from $95K to around $200K.

I'm trying to make sure I'm not missing anything.In addition, a lot of these properties were purchased in the last 2-5 years are are being sold at or near double the price. 

Single family, 576 sq. ft, 2 bed, no info on baths, houses to left and right look fairly well kept, near a high school and main street in city, looks like no one is living there (-tall grass, no cars in driveway).
