I used to use first bank, but they are too conservative/expensive, and their customer service has gotten really bad lately.

Everybody on the ship (house) is there to work their butt off to make a lot of money. 

@Frank Wong that's why I like the idea of getting into wholesaling , making a grand or 2 here and there for putting buyers and sellers together would be ideal vs being a hype beast or drop shipping

Keep in mind, the large big box complexes often do lots of market research so their units meet customer demand.

As a buyer, it's hard to justify a "used" house when you can build a brand new one in the same neighborhood with options to customize for the same price. 

@Gulliver R.You actually have to select mobile homes as criteria under custom searches. 

I think they like seeing our generation getting into the mix as well and kind of see it as a mentor ship type deal as well.

Someone mentioned Associated, Be Careful, Associated screwed a lot of people when they needed a bunch of commercial off their books, around 2011 or so, the didnt renew, and didnt give adequate time for many of their customers to find alternate funding, I was a listing broker for their REO's at the time and even the Asset Managers said it was pretty crappy what they did. doesnt mean they will again, but be cautious.
