Central Bank in Tampa seems to have a good commercial lending department. 

Pete, that property needs to be downtown, or very close to downtown and north of Central Ave.  

I have been a real estate agent in NYC for the past few years and I'm starting to invest in Central / Northern NJ as prices in NYC are prohibitive.I am a driven and self motivated individual looking for similar folks to discuss options and possibly work together.

Hello , bp I'm a young man that lives in Central New jersey who would love to get started in real estate investing I've been reading a few books and I'm starting to get the knowledge with out actually doing any actions to perfect the passion.

I have considered asking the sellers if they would work but after speaking with the listing agent their goal is to completely liquidate the properties so they can buy their retirement property in central Texas.  

I'm over in Central BC, I have 2 properties in a small town and have a buy and hold mindset.
