I know I am late to the punch on this post but I thought I would reply and introduce myself.....My name is Eric McQuistion, I am a devout Husband and Father of three beautiful children and part of a Property Solutions & Management Company in Rochester, NY.

My father used to refer to this as "finding a Godfather" - Someone who is willing to take you under their wing and help guide you along the way towards greater success. 

I would like to mention that I am a good father and take care of my child and give her everything they could ever want but I want to minimize the amount of money I give to the MOTHER.

It resulted in 2 surgeries and a lot of bed rest, fortunately my father is semi-retired from his own business and stepped in to help with the day to day site management for a bit.I also had a friend that works construction that worked for me for about a year to help keep projects moving forward.

I’m also a recent Father and this 700SF place with no parking and shared laundry is just not doable anymore and I can’t seem to figure out next moves to keep moving forward and not backwards on my real estate investing journey.
