What venues work best for you to network? 

I would suggest searching it on the forums and visiting the Maryland Investors Network group on Facebook.

Try to network with wholesalers and people bringing off market deals as well. 

He knew my parameters and searched for me and networked with other brokers. 

Still learning every day, and BP has been a great place to learn and network with other investors.
