I need to be mentored in RE and have a network, should I pay for it?

you will usually split a 50/50 equity deal for newbie investors but as you build your portfolio and experience you can start to weigh that more on your side. go to networking events and look for private money or if you qualify go with agency debt or some other loan product first

You should be able to find them quite easily, if you're interested in getting to know the syndicate, feel free to message me as getting more members in our network is something we're willing to do.

Also anybody who replies I am open to networking or finding out about local meets besides the one I attend now.

I am looking for creative ways to improve my deal flow.  Any suggestions?
