But the property is two hours away from where I live and in a city where I don’t already have a network of contractor set up so I would have to work to do that.

I am interested in OOS and the BRRRR method and will continue to gain the knowledge necessary to move forward in my journey.I welcome any advice, and I'm looking forward to networking and making connections with other investors and professionals.

I would go to a few RE networking groups and ask around for referrals.

I'm currently looking at casting a wide net with a foundation of personal networking combined with social media and other relevant content.

My advice is to leverage your network in the commercial construction industry.
