I know this is a long shot, but are there any Real Estate Agents/Realtors in the NOVA (Northern Virginia) area that are willing to link up so I can just shadow and network with for the day?

 network with flippers and ask what percentage they usually like, some are picky and do long projects for over 30% ROI, others like me can have a job done in my market in 5-6 weeks so Ill take as low as 12% ROI depending on location, amount of work, ect.
