I said I don't want to have deals come to me that have gone to 50 other people if I want that I can just get on MLS..or the auction sites.. if you want to send me a deal and only me.. then OK.. well that pretty much ended that. :)

And although lenders are stricter with verification of self employment income, showing two years of tax returns with sufficient income does qualify.Theoretically, passive income, rental income, dividends, interest income, etc. should enable you to qualify the same as self employment, i.e. as long as you can show 2 years sufficient income on tax returns.

Does anybody pay for sites or just stick with Zillow and Facebook marketing?

Will there be a meetup site or is BP the main reminder?

I discovered this site last night when I should have been sleeping, when I was researching passive income.

One thing I had done is take a look at houses in areas using Zillow/RealEstate website and call PM in area to see local rates and do the math.I'm still new, but have looked into diff areas and done the same.

I ended up on bigger pockets when searching for an online community of like minded individuals whose passion is real estate investing (so glad I found this site).
