I can’t give you direct access to the MLS, what I can do is set you up with on my website which will allow you to search the entire MLS, set up listing alerts, save property searches, and save properties.

You will find this site very helpful in resourcing fellow investors and also other items such as forms, links and investment strategies.

Web, For what it's worth, in my opinion, 100s of listings that get sent to you from three different states does not indicate "tons" of good deals.
