And I know in most situations you would want the LLC to be on the mortgage for protection purposes of the asset in lieu of being personally liable but given our unique situation of how we each contributed money to the LLC, it'd be nice to have the LLC's cash to pay for the mortgage up front until we get the property paying for itself.
