When you call to ask about their services, they should respond with everything you need to know, even without knowing the property info.Unless there is something unique or specific that you are seeking.

I have begun hosting on Airbnb with an Airstream Glampsite so I feel I could demonstrate my ability to create a profitable unique stay.

I have many tenants that after seeing their decor, clothes they where, etc that I know we have a lot in commmon and could probably be friends, but I would never.

We want something unique, i.e. https://thecliffs.house that is no longer reliant on Airbnb.We never had a disaster, a few headaches fighting refund requests with Airbnb, but no major issues.
