I think the arrangement that you have described is an extremely unique situation.  

I thought it was a  Unique story so I shared it.

Based on all of the variables involved; roths, roth conversions, capital gains, depreciation recapture, other income sources, SS, etc, each situation is unique and I assume we will need to create multiple scenarios.

This would include items such as the carpet, parking lot, landscaping, sidewalks, decorative lighting, cabinetry, etc.

However, I am in a bit of a unique situation and not sure what the ideal option or strategy is.

@Ankit Garg - interesting feedback from the bank on this - I understand the HOA finances concern by the bank - I do not really  understand their concern with the owner occupied number of condos though - I wonder if that is unique to the bank you talked with.
