Elias Marte Tenants don't make income requirements but have a Guarantor

If you have a gut feeling these tenants might work out well despite the fact their income is not that great then you can try what I have suggested, sometimes you will be surprised who ends up being the better tenant.

Put an ad on the BP Market Place, Craigslist house needs a cash buyer, if you don't get at least 10 calls responding that combination I'd be greatly surprised.
