Since you started in 2011, you probably missed the nightmares after the great recession when banks 'took back' their LOCs, HELOCs, etc., and made everyone pay up or risk foreclosure.

@Wayne Brooks I did not understand the technical details of what he says the problem is, so I won't try to say things that are probably wrong :) He said there's a hole in the line, but that he still isn't able to see everything and it could still be much worse.I completely understand that this can happen.

They are most likely not cash flowing, probably it is only equity pay down they are getting and appreciation as added bonus.
