Jason,last week I gave an other member from NYC same advice: Check some bigger towns with max 1-2 hours trip from NYC in PA, NJ or NY.

My advice would be to first submit a letter to the Board through the association's management explaining the exact steps you took and quoting the specific rules you used to justify your building the fence (amazed at how many board members don't actually know their own rules), include copies of your sent e-mails with the dates as proof, then call or personally speak to the manager to verify receipt of your letter and ask that they send copies to all board members and request that you be heard on this subject at the next meeting's new business.

I can see where the advice of an attorney would be very useful in complex situations say regarding multiple members, but in my case I would be setting this up strictly as a 1 member llc.

I checked BBB, it lists the business as "not a member" and has no information about them.

I haven't heard anyone here talking about pulling multiple credit reports when they research a family with multiple members; do you just assume that one credit report will give you complete information?
