The property has been on the market for more than a month, but with barely any showing, I know the price is the main factor in people not coming to take a look but I am trying to figure out what's the right price for the proprty and if there is something in the ad that I am missing.

What is mainly holding me back from making a decision is that everything in all the units is electric.

It needs floor refinish and paint on the main level and some light remodel/modernization on the baths.

Then they changed their mind because the main "PM" took charge and reminded the other person that it doesn't work like that.

I prop at one of the big casinos out here.The issue with finding a reliable agent is indeed my main concern.  

In 2027-2037, we plan on wholesaling 30-40 deals per month (360-480 deals), purchasing 25-35 properties for buy and hold investments and rehabbing 25-30 SFR homes.In 2038 we plan on selling the company.Strategy:Our main focus to start will be wholesaling.

I think my main question was how to protect it from medicaid or if they go into a nursing home?
