They got incredible deals with no effort.

They even took off the outside walls with a complete new roof to save a 2/1 with the lot being worth, maybe $300K.

I know that seems wild and vague, but just roll with it for discussion's sake (he's built an incredible network I've never seen before).

New flooring throughout, 2 completely redone bathrooms, took down walls to open the place up a bit, new doors, fresh paint, some crown, lots of patching, light kitchen remodel that include granite tops and an island with concrete top, new dishwasher and range, new HVAC units, moved some electrical around, new garage door, some fresh landscaping, added a fire pit, and gave the porch a facelift with some new posts.

(knocking out a wall and combining 2 bedrooms).

Now the house is going through re-hab, no big damage, but all carpets and walls are very dirty.

Can the land lord evict tenant because a 2 year old child scribbled on the wall?

Are we biting off more than we can chew too soon or have we stumbled upon an incredible deal?!
