:DI enjoy it because my time is completely flexible.

I have been down there several times and enjoyed the heck out of it.  

I enjoyed it a lot, but decided to wind down the operation until such time that I get licensed in Florida.

It's a easier argument to put forth, "I just need you to pay your fair share of the operating expenses necessary to provide you the quality of space you enjoy and use . . . that's fair isn't it?"
