Denver is getting SERIOUS with their STR enforcement as of late and really drilling down on license holders to ensure they're meeting all criteria (which is sounds like you would make every effort to do that), but if you get any bad reviews/complaints because your LTR tenants aren't putting in as much care/love as you did, that impacts you.

Although "heavy" THC is said to mess up the walls a lot, I have no personal knowledge of this (and many MMA's are not enforcing the Federal Laws regarding this (kind of their own modern Civil War of sorts I suppose).Any thoughts?

I've heard many do it there as the enforcement is lax, similar to Lafayette, nearer to Boulder, but its not a good plan if you are investing.
