With that being said I am on the hunt to find a mentor who can invest some knowledge and skills in exchange for  a FREE secretary, assistance, rehab assistance, handy-girl whatever needs to get done  at this point in your career you need help for FREE.  

I currently work in the construction industry (looking at finance positions after graduation) as a assistant project manager for a developer working on a mixed-use podium project in West L.A.  

It must be owner occupied and not own any other properties at the time of purchase. for 1st time home buyers, we have down payment assistance programs that allow a buyer get ZERO interest loans for the down payment and also for closing costs.
