A mobile home is a ore-manufactured small home with the proportions of a travel trailer (RV) in many cases they are a travel trailer that was rolled in place and jacked up on blocks with lattice skirt that is installed to hide the wheels and blocks that it sits on.

Built in 1981, 836 sqft of living space, one bedroom plus a den along with one bathroom, and sits on a huge lot of about 11,200 sqft.The house is complete paid off and we are looking for some contractors in the area that we can trust to help flip this home and many more to come as we get started in real estate.

I didn't recall a reserve on it.

Many questions such as utilities will be the same as an SFR, however you want to know about the foundation that the mobile home is sitting atop.
