I've hauled 2+ million lbs of rock to prevent erosion on my 3/4 mile lake shore to save the land..and have had enough stupid Govt interference and permits to last 3 lifetimes.

Now you have to know somebody to even get a shot at buying one, and your going to pay north of $350,000.

Even if you took it over for the remainder of the mortgage ($72k) and your family member breaks even, you'd still have to charge north of $700/month in rent and that's really in a best case scenario (i.e. low maintenance, low property taxes, etc.) 

We have significant experience in more typical multifamily projects (value add, core plus) but this project is a little different.A few details about the project:The property is a 36 unit building originally built as for-sale condos in 2005 at a true "main on main" location on the North side of Indianapolis.

Then we are moving soon to Columbus, Ohio (better quality of life for our young family, wife's brother and his family are there, my sister and family are in North Carolina).
