SO I am now assuming 21 spots total with no expansion.Expenses - He stated the $250 was lawn care, gravel maintenance when needed, and he also pays Roto Rooter to clean out the sewer lines every quarter as a courtesy, but this is actually not necessary since it is city maintained sewer.

It seems like a far more probable proposition by controlling more in assets and allowing capital to accumulate over some extended period of time than it does operating tens or hundreds of thin cash flow deals and optimizing IRRs and such.

hello i have a 2 family home that i have just finished paying off and would like to start investing in property. i have very little experience in this area other than paying for and maintaining my current home. i have excellent credit and have currently started looking at multifamily buildings in various areas in and around boston. any advice would be appreciated.
