One of the biggest lessons in learning here is that if you want the right answers, you need to ask the right questions as specific as possible (and if you might be doing something not so legal, being specific and vague with hypotheticals and asking for a friend)

At the end of the day this isn’t that big of a deal but it’s a good lesson in using quality trustworthy inspectors and PMs.
