forced heir-ship is another key issue under the Napoleonic/French system we have here in the great red-stick state, i tend to agree with most of all statements above, probate laws tend to differ from state to state, jurisdiction, and county and or parish(Louisiana), i guess what you are asking here seems more of an emotional ?

It is a huge advantage to you that the bank owns it because banks do not have an emotionally attachment to the property, they will look at your offer as a business transaction.

., lease agreements, partnership agreements, etc) I'd say look on this site or spend $59 on an online service....but subject to's & lease options can often be so customized and they need to be tailored to the situation you are in that to NOT spend money on a lawyer (probably $250 or so) is not a sensible in my opinion.Remember...especially on Subject To's...you are dealing with people's emotions and 99% of the time they will be skeptical of your intentions....so to have a legal document that was not done using legal expertise could potentially give them more reason to be skeptical of your intentions....
